metro manila motorcycles

i know that many car drivers share my sentiments about the motorcycles that roam the street of metro manila. just want to say that most of these drivers do not realize the danger they are in every time they do their usual thing on the road. they think that all the cars will stop or avoid them everytime they swerve, suddenly cut in front of your car, and suddenly appear from nowhere and will be so close on the side of other vehicles. and they think that they are exempted from all the traffic rules and are not included in following the traffic light.
